Groupe Montagne Explore reserves the right to limit the number of registrations for each training session offered. If, due to insufficient participants, Groupe Montagne Explore cancels a training session, the registration fees will be fully refunded. Unless otherwise indicated, the registration fee includes the costs associated with the documentation provided to the participant. Taxes (GST and QST) are additional.

If the participant cancels their registration 15 days or less before the start of the training, the registration fees will be fully refunded. A written notice must be sent by email to the following address: formations@gmexplore.com.

If the participant cancels their registration within 14 days of the start of the training, no refund will be issued.

Example:

The training begins on June 15. If the participant cancels the training by email before June 1, the training will be fully refunded within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation email.

If the participant cancels on June 4, no refund will be provided.
