Montagne Explore guarantees your purchase for the first year. If a product sold is found to be defective within this period, we offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the condition of the defective product and its availability on our website.

This warranty does not cover excessive use, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear.

It is very important that the returned product is thoroughly clean. Montagne Explore reserves the right to return a product to the customer at their expense if this condition is not met.

Manufacturer Warranty

Montagne Explore Product Warranty

Montagne Explore-branded products purchased on our website are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. This refers to the expected lifespan of the product under normal use conditions by its original owner. Coverage ends if the product is sold or transferred by its original owner.

If you are not satisfied with your Montagne Explore product upon receipt, or if it has defects in materials or workmanship, you may return it for a replacement, repair, or credit, at Montagne Explore’s discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, or negligence; normal wear and tear; damage caused by solvents; or natural degradation of colors and materials over time.

Please note that the warranty becomes void if the product's internal labels are removed, as they contain essential information needed to process any warranty claims.

This warranty is valid only in Canada.

Postal Returns

Contact our customer service, who will provide you with a prepaid return label to affix to your return package. Write "GARANTIE/WARRANTY" on your package and return it.
