Manufacturer's Warranty

Many of our products are covered by extended manufacturer warranties that protect against manufacturing defects. Please note these warranties generally do not cover abuse or normal wear and tear. For complete details on a specific manufacturer's warranty, including its duration and limitations, please refer to their official website.

Montagne Explore is here to help you through the manufacturer warranty process. We offer free assistance for products purchased directly from us within the first year of purchase. For products not purchased from Montagne Explore, or if more than one year has passed since your purchase, management fees will apply for our assistance.

Return shipping costs for warranty claims, whether to Montagne Explore or to the manufacturer, are always the customer's responsibility and may vary.

Montagne Explore Warranty

Montagne Explore guarantees all products for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase. If a product sold by us proves to be defective within this period, we will offer a repair, replacement, or in-store credit, depending on the condition of the defective product and its availability on our site.

This warranty does not cover excessive use, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear.

It's crucial that any returned product is perfectly clean. Montagne Explore reserves the right to return a product at the customer's expense if this condition is not met.

Montagne Explore Branded Products Warranty

Products under the Montagne Explore brand are guaranteed against defects in materials and and workmanship for a period of 1 year. This refers to the product's expected lifespan under normal use conditions by its original owner. Coverage ends if the product is sold or transferred by its original owner.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, abuse, accidents, or negligence; normal wear and tear; damage caused by solvents; or the natural degradation of colors and materials over time.

Please note that the warranty is no longer valid if the product's internal labels are removed, as they contain essential information needed to process any warranty claim.

This warranty is valid only in Canada.
