Groupe Montagne Explore reserves the right to limit the number of registrations for each training session offered. If, due to insufficient participants, Montagne Explore Group cancels a training session, the registration fees will be fully refunded. Unless otherwise stated, the registration fee includes the costs related to the documentation provided to the participant. Taxes (GST and QST) are extra.

If the participant cancels their registration 15 days or less before the start of the training, the registration fees will be fully refunded. A written notice must be sent via email to the following address: formations@gmexplore.com.

If the participant cancels their registration within 14 days before the start of the training, no refund will be possible.

Example:

If the training begins on June 15th, and the participant cancels the training by email before June 1st, the training will be fully refunded within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation email.

If the participant cancels on June 4th, no refund will be provided.
