Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date (either online or in-store). You can exchange your item(s) or receive a 100% refund with the receipt as proof of purchase.

Regular Returns

• Items must be in their original packaging (unused / unworn).

• Provide proof of purchase (paper or electronic receipt).

• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

• Exchange and refund for shoes/boots will only be possible if the product has not been worn and is still in excellent condition.

Final Sale Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned: swimwear, underwear (briefs/boxers), masks, nutritional and food products.

• Gift cards are considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash.
