Return and Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange your items within 30 days from the purchase date, whether bought online or in-store. We offer exchanges or a full refund, provided you present your proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

All returns must be approved by the Montagne Explore team before you ship any items back. Please send your return request to ventes@gmexplore.com for approval.

Return Conditions

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unworn.
  • Proof of purchase (paper invoice or electronic receipt) is mandatory.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
  • Shoes and boots must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items are clearly marked as such on our website, in-store, and on your invoice.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are always considered final sale:

  • Swimwear
  • Underwear (briefs/boxers)
  • Masks
  • Nutritional and food products

Gift cards are also final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash.
