If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase (online or in-store). You may exchange your item(s) or receive a full refund with the receipt as proof of purchase.
Regular Returns
- Items must be in their original packaging (unused / unworn)
- Provide proof of purchase (paper or electronic receipt)
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase
- Exchange and refund of shoes/boots will only be accepted if the product has not been worn and is still in excellent condition
Final Sale Items – Non-Refundable
For hygiene reasons, the following are considered final sale items: swimwear, underwear (briefs/boxers), masks, nutritional and food products.
- Gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash.
