Delivery Times

The expected delivery time by Canada Post or any other carrier is approximately 5 days, depending on the location. For online orders delivered to your home or for in-store pickup, we provide an estimate that includes the order processing time (2 to 3 days) and the delivery time.

Where is my order and how can I track it?

If you made a purchase online as a guest, you can track your order from the shipping confirmation email we send once your order has been shipped.

If you made a purchase as a member, you will find the tracking number in the order history of your Montagne Explore account or in the shipping confirmation email.

Once your order is placed, it may take 2 to 3 days for us to process it and then hand it over to a distribution partner. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

For in-store pickup, you may not receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.

Payment or stock issues may also cause delays. We will send you an email a day or two after processing your order if we discover any issues we cannot resolve.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300.00 before taxes.

Please note that certain items are excluded from free shipping due to their excessive size, heavy weight, or other logistical considerations. These products are generally identified as being excluded from free shipping on our website. In the unlikely event that an item eligible for exclusion hasn't been clearly marked, a representative may contact you to discuss shipping options.

Types of Products Excluded from Free Shipping

This list includes, but is not limited to, products excluded from free shipping: rescue baskets, evacuation sleds, backboards, skis, ski poles, etc.

Charged Shipping

For orders under $300.00 (before taxes), shipping fee plus taxes will be charged.
