Delivery Times
The expected delivery time by Canada Post or any other carrier is approximately 5 days, depending on the location. For online orders delivered to your home or for in-store pickup, we provide an estimate that includes the order processing time (2 to 3 days) and the delivery time.
Where is my order and how can I track it?
If you made a purchase online as a guest, you can track your order from the shipping confirmation email we send once your order has been shipped.
If you made a purchase as a member, you will find the tracking number in the order history of your Montagne Explore account or in the shipping confirmation email.
Once your order is placed, it may take 2 to 3 days for us to process it and then hand it over to a distribution partner. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
For in-store pickup, you may not receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.
Payment or stock issues may also cause delays. We will send you an email a day or two after processing your order if we discover any issues we cannot resolve.
Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200.00*.
*This applies to standard-sized items. For oversized items, our customer service will contact you with a shipping quote.
Charged Shipping
For orders under $200.00 (before taxes), a flat shipping fee of $20 + taxes will be charged.
Oversized Items
Orders containing items such as rescue baskets, evacuation sleds, backboards, skis, ski poles, etc. may incur additional shipping charges once your order is placed. You will be contacted before any additional shipping charges are applied to your order.
Expedited Shipping
Please leave a note during the checkout process or reply to your order confirmation if you request expedited shipping, and we will email you a shipping quote with expedited options.
