If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase (online or in-store). You may exchange your item(s) or receive a full refund with the receipt as proof of purchase.

Regular Returns

• Items must be in their original packaging (unused / unworn)
• Provide proof of purchase (paper or electronic receipt)
• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase
• Exchange and refund of shoes/boots will only be accepted if the product has not been worn and is still in excellent condition

Final Sale Items – Non-Refundable

For hygiene reasons, the following are considered final sale items: swimwear, underwear (briefs/boxers), masks, nutritional and food products.

• Gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please note that all products Available online only are final sale. While these items still benefit from the Montagne Explore and supplier warranties, returns or exchanges are not permitted if five (5) business days have passed since your order was placed and no follow-up was initiated by you, or if no special mention was approved by one of our associates.
