    Designed for skiers, the RAD LINE 6 mm is an ultra-light and compact cord for crevasse rescue, rappelling or roping up on a glacier to traverse a crevasse zone. It is hyperstatic and flexible, and features a rough-textured sheath, for excellent handling and easy manipulation. It is available in two lengths: 30 and 60 meters.

    • Ultra-légère et compacte :
    • - seulement 22 grammes au mètre,
    • - se transporte facilement dans le sac à dos, grâce à sa légèreté et sa compacité.
    • Construction spécifique de la gaine :
    • - compatible avec le bloqueur TIBLOC et la poulie-bloqueur MICRO TRAXION, grâce à sa gaine spécifique renforcée en PEHD,
    • - cordelette souple dotée d'une gaine rugueuse pour une excellente prise en main, améliorer le contrôle de la descente lors de rappels et aider au freinage lors de chutes en crevasse.
    • Hyperstatique :
    • - allongement de la cordelette inférieur à 2 %, pour faciliter et améliorer le rendement lors des man'uvres de secours, mais aussi supprimer l'effet yoyo lors des rappels ou d'un arrêt de chute en crevasse,
    • - permet l'encordement à ski pour s'échapper d'une zone crevassée. NB : description précise des usages possibles de cette cordelette dans les conseils techniques sur www.petzl.com.
