    Return policy

    Adds comfort and stability to the Strike ERT Pack. The Long Range Suspension system consists of a vaccuformed frame that slides into a sleeve of the Strike ERT, which helps transfer load to your hips. The Long Range Suspension also includes a hip belt that attaches to the Strike ERT's wing suspension, increasing padding and comfort. The slim hip belt is designed to be stored in the zippered shoulder strap compartment of the Strike ERT when shipping or palletizing your pack. Recommended if you are using Wing Tanks on your Strike ERT pack system.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase (online or in-store). You may exchange your item(s) or receive a full refund with the receipt as proof of purchase.

    • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase
    • Exchange and refund of shoes/boots will only be accepted if the product has not been worn and is still in excellent condition

While these items still benefit from the Montagne Explore and supplier warranties, returns or exchanges are not permitted if five (5) business days have passed since your order was placed and no follow-up was initiated by you, or if no special mention was approved by one of our associates.
