    The Sherpa Stretcher Shoulder Harness is adjustable in length for an individual fit and is designed to allow a rescuer to distribute the weight of a rescue load between their upper body and arm for an easier and more ergonomical carry. The Sherpa Harness can be used on it own or in con-junction with our Traverse Rescue Stretcher Handles.
